Hey there,
I wanted to share a song with you guys for the garage band/demo series.
This is a song that i wrote a few years ago for my good friend and neighbor, whose mother was in the last stages of Alzheimer’s.It was after the family was told that there was no choice but to move her into a full time care facility, separating Charlie and Gloria. The story of the love between Charlie and Gloria was so moving. I wrote this for them… for sweet Charlie who would go and dance with Gloria in the nursing home everyday. Feed her and watch over her. Gloria went to be with God. Charlie is still here, smiling and precious.
The singer you’ll hear is an amazing singer/songwriter from Nashville named Jason Sellers.
Peace,
Cindy

Wow! What a wonderful song. It immediately brought memories of my grandparents (my Dad’s Mom & Dad…married for 65 years before he passed). Their love was so deep, tender and evident and I know it also transcends earthly bounds! Thanks for your amazing gift, not only as an amazing singer, but for your willingness to gift your songs to other artists and to those who get to hear wonderful melodies and compelling words! You are a good and faithful servant and a wonderful steward of the talents God has gifted you with! Thanks for being a vessel that that fills up and pours out blessings on so many others!
Love you!!
Arlene
